Payment Methods
VITALNUTRIX offers various payment methods for your convenience and security (exclusively in Euros).
1 - MB Way
An easy, fast, and secure method. Customers can pay for their order using the MB WAY payment system. To do this, they must select this payment method during the order process and provide the mobile number associated with the app, access the app, and follow the indicated purchase confirmation steps.
If the entered number does not correspond to a payment number registered in the MB WAY app, the following message will be displayed: "Could not validate your payment. We received the following message: Inexisting MB WAY alias".
As indicated in the app, payment must be made within five minutes, otherwise the order will be canceled.
If payment is successfully completed by 3:00 PM on a business day, the order will be dispatched on the same day. Orders paid after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.
2 - Multibanco
Multibanco payments can be made through the Multibanco ATM Network or through your Homebanking.
Upon completing your order, a Multibanco reference will be generated and displayed on the screen of the device you are using.
You will then receive an order confirmation email, which will contain all the necessary data for your order's payment.
To make a payment at a Multibanco ATM or Homebanking, you must select the "Service/Purchase Payment" option and enter the entity, reference, and corresponding amount.
3 - Credit card (Visa / Mastercard)
After completing the order and selecting the VISA/MASTERCARD payment method, you will be redirected to the payment page. On the payment page, you must fill out the form with your card details: the 16 digits of the card number, the three digits of the CCV security code, the respective validity, and the cardholder's name. After filling it out, click the "Pay" button to validate the payment and complete the order.
If the payment is refused, a message will be displayed indicating the error that occurred. If this situation occurs, it is suggested to try making the payment again. If the problem persists, it is recommended to contact your respective bank or the credit card issuer for more information.
You have 48 hours to make the payment for the order, otherwise it will be canceled.
