Shipments

VITALNUTRIX uses DPD for order deliveries from Monday to Friday, excluding local or national holidays, to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Mainland Portugal: Once payment is confirmed before 2 PM, the order is dispatched on the same day. The expected delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours after dispatch.

Islands (Madeira and Azores): Once payment is confirmed before 2 PM, your order is dispatched on the same day. The expected delivery time is 48 to 120 hours after dispatch, which may vary depending on transport conditions.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for orders over €39.99 (excluding shipping and/or special discounts) in mainland Portugal.

For orders below €39.99, the shipping cost starts from €2.99.

Islands (Madeira and Azores): Shipping cost of €9.99, with free shipping for orders over €79.99.

Procedures applicable in case of incident registration

In case of unsuccessful delivery after 2 (two) attempts, the order will be available for collection at a DPD Pick-up Point for 7 days. If the order is not collected, it will be returned to the VITALNUTRIX offices. The customer will have the option to request a new shipment, with an additional cost. If the customer does not wish for a new shipment, the value of the order will be refunded, with the respective deduction of transport costs.

Notice: The indicated dispatch times will be met under normal order processing conditions. Exceptions may apply during periods of exceptionally high order volumes, such as festive seasons or promotional campaigns, as well as other eventualities that hinder the regular provision of the delivery service.
